To monitor, document and raise awareness about human rights violations and to empower local communities to claim their rights and meaningfully engage in decision-making processes.

To foster transparent, responsive, and accountable institutions at all levels of society and support Civil Society Organizations and build the capacity of citizens to engage in governance.
